Your responses are collected as part of the Realities in Transition project and will be processed and stored securely on a GDPR-compliant platform (encrypted SharePoint). Access is restricted to authorised project personnel only (jury members), and your data will be retained for a maximum of 5 years after the project ends, after which it will be automatically deleted. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, or data portability) at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at CHRONIQUES (ilaria.bondavalli@chroniques.org).

+ The winners of this open call will be selected based on the strength of their artistic vision and skill set, rather than on presenting a fully finalized project. This residency is designed as a dynamic, collaborative journey, where ideas evolve and grow through shared creativity and exchange.

* Introduce yourself and your practice
* Explain your ideas for creating an XR experience in the context of this residency
* Explain what you wish to contribute as part of this collaborative world-building project
I acknowledge that the residency program will involve a mandatory presence for two months in the host institution (see below).
The host institution is V2_, located in Rotterdam · Netherlands.
The IRL period is planned for August and September 2026.
I acknowledge that the total budget of €15,000 must cover my fee, round-trip travel to the host institution, and all accommodation and subsistence costs for the two-month IRL period.
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that all information will be shared to the member institutions of the consortium of RIT2 and might be shared to external partners for the sole purpose of the project (mentoring, dissemination discussion, etc.).
I agree to be contacted by RiT2 consortium partners in the case my project might be fit for another institution.
